  9. Select the duration from options like Current Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Current Financial Year, or Last Financial Year.
  10. For a specific time, choose the last option – “Select Date range” and pick the start and end dates.
  11. From the form, select the format as PDF, XLS, or Text.
  12. Press the "CONFIRM" button to start downloading the HDFC account statement on your phone.
  13. See the “File Downloaded Successfully” message on the screen.
  14. Navigate to the File Manager on your phone and open the “Download Folder.”
  15. Locate the bank account statement in the selected file format using your HDFC account number and sort by date if needed.

Option 2: Using HDFC internet banking 

Log in to the HDFC net banking website using your smartphone or computer.

  1. Enter your User ID or Customer ID along with the password to access your account.
  2. Click on "Account Summary" in the left menu.
  3. Open the "Enquire" option and select “Account Statement – Last 10 years”.
  4. From the new page, choose the account type and your HDFC account from the drop-down menu.
  5. Enter the start date and last date for your Statement Duration.
  6. Click on the "Continue" button and proceed to the next page to confirm your address.
  7. If you have a registered email address, the statement will be sent via email, and no physical copy will be mailed to your address.
  8. After a few minutes, check your email for the statement from HDFC, which includes the password format.
  9. Enter the correct password per the format mentioned in the email to download the statement PDF on your phone or computer.

Option 3: Using a subscription to get HDFC statements via email registration

  1. Log in to the HDFC net banking website.
  2. Click on "Requests" in the left menu under the accounts section.
  3. Choose “Email Statement Registration” from the displayed options.
  4. Select your account number and provide your registered email address.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions, then click "Continue" to subscribe to the monthly HDFC account statement.
